Terms of Service
By using Joynubi, you agree to these terms. The service turns a long video into short clips, stores the media you upload or import, and publishes finished clips to a YouTube channel you connect.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and accept responsibility for activity under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Content and permissions
You must have the rights and permissions required for content you upload or publish. You grant Joynubi only the limited technical permission needed to operate the service, transform and store your content, and send it to the YouTube channel you select.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized-access purposes, or in a way that infringes another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Service changes and responsibility
Features may change to meet security, maintenance, or regulatory requirements. We provide the service with reasonable care, but AI outputs and third-party platform results require your review before publication.
