Joynubi turns long videos into short clips, stores the media you upload or import, and publishes finished clips to YouTube. This policy explains what information we process when you use the service and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We may process your account name, email address, security and session records, uploaded media and files, production instructions, publishing plans, and technical error logs. Joynubi does not store your payment-card information.
How we use information
We use information to secure accounts, process files and videos, send finished clips to the YouTube channel you select, monitor the service, and meet legal obligations.
Retention and sharing
Information is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements. We may share the minimum necessary information with the hosting and file-storage providers that run the service, and with YouTube when you publish a clip to it. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
Your choices and deletion requests
To unlink a YouTube channel, or for access, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected]. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
